Harvest

Grape Harvest in the estate takes place from the beginning of September until mid-October.

The White Wine

Upon arrival at the winery, are destemmed, crushed and then pressed in membrane

The Red Wine

Upon arrival at the winery, grapes may be sorted again if deemed necessary.

Maturation

The end of the alcoholic fermentation marks the creation of a new wine
