From the cosmopolitan variety Syrah, a wine with a deep ruby color, black fruit, oak and spicy aromas and a sweet seductive mouth. Best served at 16-18˚ C, it is an ideal accompaniment to grilled meat, game, hearty cheeses and dark chocolate desserts.
